Senior System Developer to Visual Act - create the future for the entertainment industry!

Would you like to develop a unique product and be part of the entire life cycle from requirements to release?
Visual Act is looking for a senior System Developer with aspirations towards a project manager role. We develop and manufacture advanced technology for the entertainment industry, including computerized control systems for all types of events and venues.
You will develop automated machines used to control all types of machinery on, over or below the stage. The system gets physical objects like cameras, decorations and even people to move three-dimensional on scenes all over the world! Visual Act has had several prestigious assignments, ranging from Celine Dion in Las Vegas to Game of Thrones and the Olympics in Sotji.
About the role
We offer a developer role beyond the usual! You will work with new development and be able to give the product your own touch. You will make installations on theaters and live scenes where we build our products on site.
As a senior developer you will take great responsibility throughout your project from start to finish, and work closely with our customers. You will be responsible for all system development together with two colleagues, you will also work close to the electrician- and mechanical teams. As a developer at Visual Act, you will develop everything that the end user sees to what controls all engines
If you want to work with automation and problem solving, you will like it here. We also hope that you have a keen interest in computers and technology and have your own projects in your spare time.
• Master of Science degree or similar education
• 5 years of programming experience
• Practical experience with C ++ and Linux
• Fluent in English
It would be great if you have..
• Experience in C#/.NET and/or Java
• Experience in automation and/or regulatory engineering
